What is this medicine used for?

It is used for the treatment of angina pectoris and long-term treatment of coronary insufficiency.

How much and how often should you use this medicine?

Usual Adult Dose: 1 tablet at mealtime in the morning and evening, or, as prescribed by a physician.

The MR tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush the MR tablet since this may cause inappropriate release and absorption of the drug.

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to trimetazidine or any other ingredient
• Moclobemide, Phenelzine, Isocarboxazid, Tranylcypromine, Selegiline
